I live for the weekend

Last night was a fun-filled evening at The Highlander, Manuel's Tavern, and Mary's ("straight, straight, gay"). Can't wait to do it again! To commemorate the evening, here is a little something for your viewing pleasure. Viking Kitties singing Gay Bar.

Tonight, we'll be going to the Battle of the Bands at the Georgia Dome. Barry and I will be busting out our old TBS jerseys that we never wear anymore... I hope they still fit!

The End of an Era

Last night was the last time Trivia Tom would be hosting Music Trivia at Cheyenne Grille. So sad. Let us take a moment to reflect...

Ok, I think I'm good. I guess the restaurant just needed a cheaper company to do trivia twice a week. Our little group has had so much fun at Music Trivia over the past year and a half. We've been trying to scout out other places to go and found ourselves at Wednesday General Trivia at Mellow Mushroom. We won some money, so we're going back this week. The DJ just isn't the same though. It's weird hearing someone else's voice over the mic. =(

On a side note, we actually hired Tom's company to do the DJing at our wedding. Just thought I'd give them a plug.

Mingaling! How dare you make me have to post... I was on a roll... almost a month without one single post. =)

The Game: The first player of this game starts with the topic “five weird habits of yourself,” and people who get tagged need to write an entry about their five weird habits as well as state this rule clearly. 1. When making drinks, I count my ice cubes to make sure there is an odd number of cubes in the glass.

2. I "conduct" with my feet. Not really... that's just what it looks like... moving my feet back and forth in a V-shape. I guess I just have to keep moving for some reason. I wonder how many calories that burns?

3. I dance with our cat, Kozmo. I'll pick him up and dance around the room to the music. I think he likes it...

4. Green beans always taste better with applesauce on them.

5. I can move my pinky toe without moving any other toes. Can you?
