target doesn't carry my moisturizer any more... the bastards. but I did find it on drugstore.com. for a while there I thought that they just discontinued it. another thing added to my christmas list!

iTunes
so I downloaded iTunes (1) because I could and (2) because this guy said it was a good idea. so far, so good. I even made a mini Madonna re-mix cd from some random mp3s that I had. definately better than Winamp... better than Windows Media Player... I think I'll stick with it for now. =)

Hakeber's world complete?
I can see that the new wireless card that I got for my laptop is getting a lot use recently. While I am stuck in the other room in front of my computer, Hakeber it seems is stuck in front of the tv with my old laptop. Now she doesn't even have to change rooms to do everything she wants.
I wanted to get a new laptop for Christmas, maybe my old one will become a permanent fixture in the living room. I guess I might just settle for a LCD monitor from Dell. Or perhaps both...you can never have too much technology around your house. One thing is for sure though, Kozmo will be the easiest to shop for this holiday season.

geeky saturday night
well I am sitting in the living room... watching some tv... and using barry's laptop with a new wireless card! did a little revising to my amazon.com wishlist and to my blogrolling list. today has been very relaxing. work has been very un-relaxing. we are in the middle of opening 4 new parking facilities (3 decks and 1 surface lot) for BellSouth. the phone rings 500 times a day and the fax machine spits out 500 pages a day... oh and the emails... it's ridiculous. one good thing at work is we just got DSL. now I don't have to wait on the slow as hell dial-up to do work on our company's remote server. anywho... in other news...
Tech lost today and gave Duke it's first ACC victory since 1999,
new episodes for Queer Eye start on November 18th,
and movie tickets have gone up $0.50 at AMC.
