Time for a list
Kozmo is the cutest, most lovable cat in the world. 1.
He woke me up at 4 am today. 2.
And he threw up all over the apartment on Saturday. 3.
4.
But he's still the best cat. 5.
He's on my lap right now. 6.
Purrin' away. 7.
I got the stupidest thing in the mail today from Bank of America. 8.
It was a Movie Guide. 9.
What does a Movie Guide have to do with what bank i use? 10.
They need to give me better presents. 11.
Like coupons for free dinners. 12.
Or free checks. 13.
Or cash would do. 14.
I hate oral presentations. 15.
I have to do a 45 minute oral presentation in Folklore. 16.
I like Law. 17.
Lawyers speak a different language... I am trying to understand it slowly. 18.
I need to vacuum the apartment. 19.
Queer Eye is on tonight!!! 20.
I heart Thom. 21.
The end. 22.
That's how old I am. -----> 23.
So I guess that wasn't the end. 24.
This list looks weird when it is aligned on the right. 25.
This is really the end. 26.

Back home
I hardly ever think about the people I went to high school with. I just feel so removed from that part of my life. Going to college for me was like starting over... creating a brand new life for myself. Coming from a small town, I didn't just spend 4 years with these kids in high school... I spent over half of my lifetime (13 years) growing up with them. Over the past 5 years I've heard good news about people that graduated from college and that have gotten married. I never expected to hear news that someone had passed away.

School Review (2nd week)
So only two weeks into the semester and I am already enjoying classes. I seem to miss them when I am not taking them. But halfway through I am sure my tune will change. All I know is that when it comes time for my thesis, you probably won't hear from me much. I like only taking two classes though. When I was taking three, the stress level even right now would have been tremendous. I also like the fact I am taking Stats 1 which is a review of basically the Stats I had back an an undergrad. Things are going good for now, wonder how long that will last?

I don't feel so bad now
So after finding out that a person I know just up and spent close to $2800 on a plasma screen TV, I really don't feel so bad about my Aeron chair purchase. I mean I would rather have the world's most comfortable chair than another TV but that is just me. I like the fact that all the parts are replaceable on the chair. I like the fact it has a 12 year warranty. By the time this chair gives out on me I will have saved up enough money to purchase something else designed by Herman Miller. Well by that time I hope I will purchasing products designed by my old college buddy who was an industrial design major. Who knows really. In any case, my back hasn't felt so good until now.
i wanna go home
man, I am so bored here at work. I think I've run out of things to do on the internet... I did however find this randomly... totally un-appetizing.
last night was fun. Barry and I went to Dogwood for some beer (where I got bit by 2 mosquitos... West Nile here I come!) and then to Joe's on Juniper for some trivia action.
I have to drive Barry around town today. I drove him to work this morning... his truck's battery is dead, because he accidentally left his lights on last night. Oops.
To do list for this weekend:
- Auburn v. GT
- Law homework
- Reading for Folklore
- Not spending beaucoups of money!
